Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are made in the USA.

Are your products natural?

Yes. Our products are 100% vegan and au natural! With the exception of our fragrance oil options.

Do you test products on animals?

We do not test products on animals. All of our products are cruelty free!

Are the products safe to use for all skin types?

All products are formulated to be safe for all skin types.
Please consult your doctor with the list of ingredients found on the website if you have any concerns.

What temperature do these products need to be stored at?

We recommend storing SekhetBeauty Skincare in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat!

Are all of your products plant based?

Yes! Plant oils are one of the best ways to take care of your skin.  

Are the oils in ALL of your products infused with herbs?

The oils and creams on our website are infused with skin loving herbs to promote healthy skin. Some of the soaps have skin loving clays, herbs, and essential oils as well.

Are your products vegan and cruelty free?

Yes, we do not use animals or their by produces in our soaps, creams, oils, or scrubs.

Are your products gluten free?

We include natural oats in our oatmeal soaps. Although oats are naturally gluten free, they may have been processed in the same facility as gluten containing wheat, rye, or other grains.

Can all of the bars be used for full body use?

Yes, all of our bars can be used for your entire body.

Can I use the charcoal bars on my face & body?

Yes. Our Charcoal Soap Bars are made especially for sensitive skin. Our Charcoal bars are safe to use on your face as well as for children & babies. Consult with your pediatrician before use on babies.

Do you offer wholesale orders?

How long before I can receive my order?

The process time is 24-48 hours. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 4-7 business days. COVID may delay shipping. 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship to the US and Canada.

What carrier do you use?

Sekhet Beauty products are currently sent through a variety of shipping companies (FedEx, UPS, and USPS). We’re constantly exploring options to get your order to you quicker and more efficiently.

Where can I find my tracking information?

A tracking number will be sent automatically once your order ships to the contact information provided when you place your order. You can also view your shipments directly on your account.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $50.00. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Delivery Issues (Lost or Stolen Packages) 

If you receive notification that your order was delivered, however, you did not receive it; contact UPS Customer Support at 1-888-742-5877 (domestic) or 1-866-782-7892 (international). You may also file a claim online for the missing order package here: https://www.ups.com/us/en/help-center/claims-support.page. After submitting the claim, email your claim information to Customer Support at sekhetbeauty@gmail.com so that we can assist further.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the risk of contamination, we do not offer returns. 

No refunds. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been processed. If you have any concerns regarding your order, contact our customer support at sekhetbeauty@gmail.com. Should any refunds or store credits be issued at any time, under any circumstances, shipping costs are not included. If there is an issue with your product that involves an error on our part, please contact sekhetbeauty@gmail.com. We will be happy to discuss your concerns. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

What happens if my order is returned to sender?

If your order is returned to sender, you will be refunded (minus the shipping cost). Sekhet LLC is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by UPS, USPS, or any provided carriers.

Once you place your order, you cannot cancel it.

What if I input the wrong address?

Contact support immediately at sekhetbeauty@gmail.com and your order will be refunded. At that time you can resubmit your order with the correct address.
